Service Project
Each year the current President chooses organizations to sponsor as part of a statewide service project. The council assists theses organizations by donating time, money, and needed supplies from members attending the quarterly board meetings. The largest contribution is collected and presented at the Annual Criminal Justice Training Institute.
This year the service project focus is to work with our local YMCA youth programs and/or other youth oriented organizations that focus on supporting, encouraging and helping youth recognize and achieve their full potential through engaging them in positive learning experiences and activities. More information will follow regarding this service project.
